Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will assist you.

MooMooBuns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as the order may already be in processing.
