30-Day Return Policy

At MooMooBuns, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at themoomoobuns@gmail.com. Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at themoomoobuns@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

We may request photo or video evidence to process claims related to damaged or defective items.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order separately.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
